The website dailyastrologist.com is devoted to the divinatory arts and sciences, in particular astrology, numerology and tarot reading.

THE SERVICES AND ADVICE OFFERED ON THE DAILYASTROLOGIST.COM WEBSITE AS WELL AS IN THE ASSOCIATED EMAILS AND ELECTRONIC SERVICES ARE EXCLUSIVELY INTENDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AND ONLY SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CONTRARY TO ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

Purchases

You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

Purchases are made either as a one time payment or on a monthly basis (Depending on the product purchased). Pricing is displayed prior to making any payment and with your authorization, once a purchase has been made a receipt will be sent to your email address provided. Payments spread other 2 or 3 monthly payments will taken automatically by using the card details presented to make the initial payment, on the same date each month as initial payment till fulfilled. If payment fails during your repayment period, we will continue to retry the charge during different intervals till payment has been received. Please Note: Card details are stored on our nominated Merchant Account for future use allowing users to make one click purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. You expressly agree that IMMI Enterprise Ltd cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Dailyastrologist offers the following products and service after an email signup:

• Free Reading compiled from information provided on sign up and presented in written form either via email or written document.
• Series of emails sent to users with insight into astrological, world of divinatory or Tarot.
• E-Books are available and can be downloaded to PDF via email sent as gifts or from the shop.
• Subscription Model for Dedicated Personal Guidance.

Participation

Any individuals may participate in this service called “DAILYASTROLOGIST” who are older than 18 years of age, with the full capacity to enter into agreements, and who have read and accepted these Conditions of Use (this document may be printed and stored by visitors and users), and, where applicable, are registered as users and comply with the obligations inherent to the status of partners.

Any registration establishing that the user does not comply with the conditions for participation (due, among other reasons, to being a minor, or not accepting its conditions) will not be considered valid. Therefore, the user, even having provided their data, will not be considered a registered user, nor will their data be stored in any way.

By participating in “DAILYASTROLOGIST”, the user accepts that “the Organiser” can offer for a period of six months or more and for free, a series of advice, directions and/or thoughts of a general or personalized nature, as well as products or products of third parties, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this present document.
