Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of DAILY ASTROLOGIST.

Digital products

We issue refunds for the work/products provided by DAILY ASTROLOGIST within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Refunds requested after 7 days of original purchase will not be valid.

Please Note: A refund is only valid on the last work/product provided by DAILY ASTROLOGIST. I.e. If you have made consecutive donations within 7 days only the latest product donated to will be refunded.

Refunds are accepted with written notice and an understanding of the reason for a refund. A refund can be exchanged for alternative work / product if agreed.

We will use tools available to us to help identify issues whilst providing assistance for refunds.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading any product.
