As we know, good sleep is paramount to well-being. Yet, in our modern-day lifestyle, getting adequate rest is something with which many people—perhaps you too—struggle.

Which is why I decided to offer a new webinar this month in which we’ll talk about an array of lifestyle practices, flower essences, essential oils, and teas that can help you sleep better. We’ll also explore a spectrum of self-care strategies that can help you forge a deeper connection to your dreams, so that you can further open to the awareness-inspiring wisdom that they offer.

Where: Zoom (link will be sent three days prior to webinar)

Fee: $40 (yet through July 3, get a code to gift the webinar to a friend when you attend)

The webinar will be recorded and everyone who registers will receive a copy of the audio recording and slides.
